Appreciate your opportunity become wealthy through money.
Money is one of the most remarkable
concepts developed by the human mind. It serves
as a universal medium of exchange. It has little or no intrinsic
value of its own. Money is a completely plastic substance, able
to turn itself into anything and everything. It can serve as a
blank slate onto which we can project our fears and guilt, or
our inspiring dreams. Money is therefore the most important of
mediums. It is a means that makes possible the fulfilling experience
of the best the earth offers. It is plentiful. The basic laws
governing money management do not change. The consistent following
of the basic time-tested steps to financial freedom is an act
and sign of wisdom. Practicing what works, . . .
works. Practicing sound financial principles increases the surety
of financial freedom. Without the existence of sound
financial principles one could not have certainty about the attainment
of financial freedom nor the path toward its domain.
Appreciate the Value of Money
Money in itself is neither good, nor evil, it
is simply money. You can make a heaven or hell out of it through
a change in your perceptions. It is simply your tool to co-create
with, to co-create whatever you would love. If you don’t
manage money wisely, it will run your life. If you
do manage it wisely, you will run its life and you will be able
to better co-create your dreams with it. No wealthy
person created, nor maintained their wealth, without appreciating
and valuing money.
If you don’t put a value on money and
seek wealth you most probably won’t receive it. You must
seek wealth for it to seek you. If no burning desire
for wealth arises within you, no wealth will arise around you.
Having definiteness of purpose for acquiring wealth is essential
for its acquisition. The secret is to find honorable
and fulfilling ways in which to acquire your desired wealth.
A general desire for wealth is too vague, but
a specific objective of $10,000,000 is clear and attainable. Be
simple and definite. Your desires are most attainable when they
are within your level of training to accomplish. But, since your
training level can be raised, almost without a limit, so can your
wealth.
Appreciate Having A Cause Bigger Than
Just Your Personal Needs
It is not only wise to have a purpose for personal
financial freedom, but it is also wise to have within this purpose
a cause greater than just your own personal needs. Invest in a
cause bigger than yourself. You will invest more and
others will invest in you and your cause more when your cause
is bigger than just yourself. Saving for your children’s
education or for a worthy charitable foundation is bigger than
saving for just your own personal needs.
