Excerpt from Function or Dysfunction, Your Choice

Dear Friends and Students,
When you think of balance in your life, let’s take a look at the fundamental social dynamic called the family and see whether function or dysfunction, order or disorder reigns. Though at a superficial glance it might appear that many if not most families are dysfunctional, when viewed from a greater concentric sphere, they turn out to have an actual balanced order.
If you were to have each functional member within a family, separately make a list of as many like and dislike character traits as they could about each of the other members, you would discover that if they did it from an honest and open heart, they would end up with a complete and whole family in perfect balance. All the like would balance out all the dislikes. All the traits the members liked, or ones that pushed their like buttons, would balance all the traits of the members disliked, or ones that pushed their dislike buttons.
The character traits that each of the members listed would be those that pushed each of their buttons, whether like or dislike. As you would come to find out, those character traits the members misperceived as either like or dislike are actually reflections of themselves and just as the whole family maintains an ordered balance, so do each of its members. The purpose therefore of the whole family dynamic is to push as many of the individual member’s buttons as possible, so as to initiate a higher state of unconditional love within the family. Each member participates in each of the other members growth or evolution, each helping the other eventually attain the transcendent state of unconditional love. This is by means of pushing each other’s buttons.
Each of the family members were divinely brought together to help them better fulfill their purposes, with no one member getting a better deal than the other, or worse deal. Each justly receiving or experiencing what is essential for their evolution. Though human society may perceive a mess, each individual’s heart and soul knows the divine order. It is only their individual lower-minded misjudgments and self-righteous or self wrongeous’ illusions that keep them from experiencing the whole family’s unconditional love.
To sit in judgment on a human being is to sit in judgment on one of God’s creatures.
