 One of the most stressful  times in our lives come at the time when we are either in senior school, gearing up to leave school or when we have just left school and trying to figure out what we would love to do with our lives. Some people are clear on their path ahead while others are charged with burning questions as to what to do, what to study and how to make it in the adult world. On the one hand this is an exciting time, liberated into adulthood, free to make all our own decisions and on the other, a truly challenging time as we are now responsible for our lives. We feel pressure to know what to do, know what we want to be and how to go about achieving the lifestyle we desire. Sometimes not knowing the answers to these questions and the pressure to decide can be confusing, it can cause us to feel angry and depressed.

 

Young Adults Inspired Destiny is a very special program, aimed to assist you answer the following questions:

• How do I know what my purpose is?
• I can't stay focused in class what do I do?
• What am I going to do when I finish school/college or varsity?
• My mother, father, friends think I should study 'x', how do I know if they are right?

• I feel sad and depressed, is there something I can do?
• I don't know what is important to me, how do I know?
• How do I know what subjects to take?
• How do I improve my marks?

• I am not good enough, smart enough, strong enough etc to do what I would love to do, what do I do?
• How do I deal with my emotions?
• How do I achieve goals, make money and become something in life?
• I feel like I will lose my friends if I follow my dreams, what do I do?

Young Adults Inspired Destiny will assist to understand how to rise with life's challenges and how to gain clarity on your destiny.
